The villa is in a private location and is not overlooked. A huge terrace with a fabulous infinity pool and shaded gardens make this a villa where you can relax in peaceful surroundings and soak up the sun. The main terrace or the lovely roof terrace are both ideal for an early evening cocktail while watching the magnificent sunset over the bay. Living room area contains 1 three seater sofa a two seater sofa and an easy chair. Occasional table. Plasma television and dvd player. Access to internet. Floor to ceiling sliding doors to main terrace area and gardens. Panoramic views.

All linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels) are included. Linens and towels are changed weekly when the villa has a full clean. Maid service is available by arrangement.

All rooms are airconditioned. Fans are also provided. The villa has Wi-fi (own laptop required). All bedrooms have hairdryers. A meet and greet service and a welcome pack is provided for all guests. There is an information pack provided which will include local information and all necessary emergency information. Agents are on call 24/7 for the guests. Transfers and car hire may be organised as may excursions to local places on interest. For the comfort of our guests smoking is not permitted in our villa it is permitted on the outside areas. Children using the infinity pool must be supevised for safety. A safe box is also provided for our guests. There is plenty of parking space and also a garage. Fresh bread is delivered daily, bottled water upon request. The infinity pool and terrace area is maintained daily.

There are steps with handrails leading to the villa and the villa is over three floors, therefore the villa may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Children welcome.

OUTSIDE

The villa has lovely rear and side gardens with mature shrubs and flowers plus a large terrace and dining area for alfresco entertaining. There is also a bbq. There are plentiful sun loungers and umbrellas around the large infinity pool. The second floor of the villa has a large surround balcony with tables and chairs where a peaceful morning coffee can be enjoyed. The roof terrace has further seating. All outside areas of the villa have subdued lighting. A panoramic view can be enjoyed from all terraces, gardens and balconies.

Painting holidays, walking holidays, cooking holidays, photography holidays, diving holidays can be arranged. A wedding planning service can also be arranged for our guests to be married in beautiful Kalkan.

PROXIMITY TO BEACHES/SEA

200 metres to Kalamar Bay beach. There is also a beach club which offers diving, jet skis, water skiing, pedallos and canoes. It is approximately a 25 minute walk to the main Kalkan beach to which local bus (dolmus) runs every half an hour. The famous Patara beach is 4 kilometres away (local buses every hour) with 18 km of sparkling sand or in the other direction is Kaputas Beach with approx 150 steps to a small sandy cove.

TRAVEL

The nearest airport to Kalkan is Dalaman with approximately a 1.5 - 2 hour journey. Antalya also has a main airport, often used during the winter months, this is approximately 3 hours from Kalkan. We are happy to arrange your transfer from either airport or private car hire. There are many taxis in Kalkan for either short distances or for day hire to places of interest.

AREA

The closest beach/sea is a 3 minute walk from the villa. The main Kalkan beach is approximately a 25 minute walk (buses available) The centre of Kalkan is approximately 5 minutes away if travelling by car or taxi. A 15 minute drive will take you to either Patara or Kaputas Beach. Fethiye the closest large town is approximately an hour away by car or bus, and Kas a lovely small harbour town is about 25 minutes away. There are many historical sites in the area all within a short drive.

There are several banks all offering ATM facilities. There are also many businesses offering exchange facilites with excellent rates. Credit cards and sterling are also happily accepted. There are 2 small supermarkets within easy walk of the villa and several small restaurants and bars which offer excellent value. The supermarkets also offer a delivery service. Kalkan is a sophisticated resort with a myriad of restaurants, many of them rooftop with marvellous views of the sea and the harbour. This area of Turkey is full of archeological sites and places of outstanding beauty all within easy reach of Kalkan.

BOOKING

To secure a booking a 20% deposit is required with the balance due no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. A loss and breakage deposit of £250 is also required at the time of payment of balance. This will be returned subject to no breakages or losses. Payment accepted in quoted currency only. Cancellation charges - up to 6 weeks prior to departure loss of deposit, 6 - 4 weeks 60% of rental cost, between 4 weeks and departure 100% of rental cost.
